Bye Bye Birdies – Passenger Pigeon Painting

Part of larger Bye Bye Birdies project. Acts as an homage to the species since it was once the most abundant bird in the Americas but became extinct due to humans. In one version of the installation, all bird species face the painting as they face their potential fate if nothing is done to mitigate climate change.
